Tariffs range from $115 (single) to $145 (double) per night
and includes a fully cooked gourmet breakfast, continental breakfast or both!
We have two rooms available, one can be made into a twin. Discount given
for cash payment, Bibbulman Track Walkers and Pensioners.

CANCELLATION POLICY/TERMS & CONDITIONS
If canceling more than one week from booking no fees apply. Other cancellations within a week will be charged a fee of 50% of the total booking value unless the room is rebooked, where no fees will apply. Cancellations on the day before or day of arrival, and no shows, will be charged the full booking value unless the room is rebooked, where no fees will apply. In the case of charges being required, your credit card number used to secure the booking will be billed. By booking with us you indicate that you understand and agree with this policy.

Recommended travel stops would be:
Perth – Busselton (3 hours) – Pemberton (1.75 hours) – Denmark (2.15hours) or Albany (2.75 hours);
Perth – Margaret River (3.5 hours) – Pemberton (1.75 hours) –Denmark (2hours) or Albany (2.75 hours).
Remember that there are many lovely places to stop and sight see in between each destination. Margaret River is easily accessible from Busselton (30 mins) and many tours pick up from the Visitors' Centre should you choose a shorter journey from Perth. Times are approximate for direct travel.
