The produce in Pemberton is simply spectacular. Ranging from the local specialty, freshwater marron and trout, to a range of fresh produce from avocados and asparagus to truffles and olives.
Evening meals are available at an extra charge. I no longer work off menus but discuss with you personal dining preferences when you book. You can check out the old menus below as a guide or let me surprise you!
