GOURMET BREAKFASTS AND EVENING MEALS
Enjoy something different for breakfast! Choose from Herbed or Truffled (in season) Scrambled Eggs, Souffle Omelette, Eggs Benedict and a variety of side orders. Traditional big breakfast of bacon and eggs, hash brown, tomato, mushrooms, toast and much more also available.

Evening meals are available at an extra charge and include choices such asthe local delicacy Marron and Poached Pemberton Trout! Meals are available most nights unless I have a prior commitment. To guarantee an evening meal is available, simply book ahead. Saturday night meals are generally only available by prior arrangement.
